ClearSend Privacy Policy
ClearSend is an on-device photo prep tool by ClearVoid Studios. It is free to download and try, with an optional one-time unlock through Google Play for preparing several photos at once. There are no ads and no subscriptions.
Data we process
- Photos you choose, or share into ClearSend, are prepared on your device. The original file is not modified. ClearSend writes a new JPEG and hands that copy to the Android share sheet, or to a save location you pick.
- ClearSend does not upload photos, metadata, or prepared copies to ClearVoid Studios. There is no account.
- Location, camera details, and other metadata are read on your device only so the copy can drop them or keep the capture date, according to the choices you make. That work does not leave the phone.
- Find faces looks for faces on your device and suggests cover boxes. The photo and those boxes are not uploaded. A face can be missed, so you can add or remove a box before sharing.
- Share opens the Android share sheet. We do not receive what you send.
- The optional unlock is purchased through Google Play. Google handles the payment. ClearSend stores an on-device flag that the unlock is owned so batch stays available. We do not receive your card number.
- More shows the app version on your device for support. That information is not sent to ClearVoid Studios automatically.
Permissions
- ClearSend uses the Android photo picker and share intents. It does not ask for broad access to your photo library.
